Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and customer service, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. This role involves a combination of hosting duties and serving responsibilities in a fine dining environment, where attention to detail and a commitment to quality are paramount.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, including specials.
Take accurate food and drink orders from guests using basic math skills for order processing.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
Assist with food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.
Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs and offering recommendations based on preferences.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a fine dining setting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and order accuracy.
Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
