We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mailroom Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the receipt, sorting, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
Prepare outgoing mail, including labeling, postage, and shipping documentation
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, scanners, and copiers
Ensure timely and secure delivery of mail to appropriate departments or individuals
Monitor and order mailroom supplies as needed
Follow all company and postal regulations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous mailroom or administrative experience is a plus
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $19.14 - $23.17 per hour
