The Office Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to help keep our office running smoothly. You’ll assist different departments, interact with team members and clients, and ensure the workspace remains organized and efficient.

Duties

Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Manage phone systems, including answering calls, transferring calls, and taking messages with professional phone etiquette.
Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Provide support as a personal assistant to management or team members when needed.
Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all office supplies are stocked.
Utilize computer systems for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing assistance to clients and visitors.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in using standard office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and document preparation.
Familiarity with basic phone systems and administrative tasks is advantageous.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
