Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at the front desk, providing exceptional customer support.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries as necessary.
Maintain accurate records and files, including proofreading documents for accuracy.
Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office workflows.
Provide personal assistant support to executives or managers as needed.

Experience

Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in customer support or front desk operations is a plus.
Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is beneficial but not required.
Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to assist with diverse clientele.
