**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of our establishment. **Duties:** - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently - Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations - Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services - Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills - Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Excellent time management and multitasking abilities - Passion for the culinary industry and willingness to learn Joining our team as a Front of House Team Member offers an exciting opportunity to grow in the hospitality industry.
