Position Overview
As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the front line of communication between Vertigo Vinyl and its customers. You’ll handle email inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a tone that’s fast, friendly, and in line with our voice—professional but never robotic.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer emails via Gmail in a timely, clear, and helpful manner
Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, returns, and product info
Track trends in customer feedback to help improve processes
Collaborate with fulfillment and social teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
Escalate complex issues to the Operations Manager when necessary
Maintain consistent and accurate documentation of customer interactions

Requirements

Excellent written communication skills
Fast typing and response time (we move quickly)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stay calm under pressure during busy drop periods
Comfortable using email, Squarespace, and basic support platforms
A plus: interest in vinyl, online retail, or music culture
