Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest relations skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and introducing daily specials.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing credit card payments.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns or complaints.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Server in Asian dining restaurant is preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and ability to sanitize work areas effectively.
Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
