Job Title: Social Media Coordinator

Location: Nashville, TN (required—no relocation assistance)

Job Summary: Nateland is a leading production company in the television and film industry, known for creating compelling and innovative content. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Social Media Coordinator to grow and maintain a strong online presence and engage with fans and followers in the comedy touring, digital, television, film and merchandise space.

The Social Media Coordinator will liaise daily with the CEO of Nateland, the Tour Director, the SVP of Production, our PR team, management at Brillstein Entertainment Partners, and agents at United Talent Agency. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Effective communication with our business partners in the entertainment industry is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
Content Creation: Work with all areas of Nateland to produce and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and live events, tailored to various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok). Experience with YouTube is a must.
Community Management: Monitor and manage social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build a loyal community.
Campaign Management: Plan and manage social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and collaborations with influencers or other brands.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics or YouTube Studio, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
Collaboration: Work closely with Digital, PR, and creative teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and goals.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms—especially YouTube, excellent communication and writing skills, creativity, and the ability to analyze data and metrics.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
Tools: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, YouTube Studio).

Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Community Management: Ability to build and nurture a loyal online community by engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages.
Flexibility: Occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on Nateland’s touring and production schedule and deadlines. Flexibility regarding hours is essential, and the ability to respond to urgent requests outside of standard hours is expected.

Travel Requirements:

Travel: Occasional travel will be required, including domestic and international trips. This is an office-based position. Touring will not be required, but there could be occasional events that coincide with a tour date where travel could be needed.
