Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Duties

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries.
Maintain an organized office environment by managing schedules, appointments, and office supplies.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and proofreading correspondence.
Provide support to various departments as needed, including assisting with office management tasks.
Act as a personal assistant to team members when required.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain accurate records.

Experience

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with legal receptionist duties is helpful.
Proficiency in office software applications and basic computer skills is required. Previous use of Clio and all Microsoft Office products a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
