What You’ll Do:

Run point on admin and scheduling support for field and office teams
Manage inbound calls and emails with professionalism and clarity
Keep our CRM (AccuLynx) up-to-date—no dropped balls
Coordinate with our sales and production teams to ensure smooth project flow
Support leadership with calendar management, task follow-ups, and reporting

What You Bring:

2+ years in an administrative, office coordinator, or ops assistant role
High proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
Strong written and verbal communication—you can compose a clear, concise message
Obsession with organization and execution

Schedule: M–F, ~8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
