Inspired Healing Services is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations in a virtual setting. We specialize in helping individuals heal from anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges—and we believe that starts with a strong, organized, and empathetic team behind the scenes.

This part-time role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and professional, with a strong customer service mindset and sensitivity to working with vulnerable populations.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a compassionate and empathetic manner• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems• Perform data entry, document preparation, and general office tasks• Support billing, invoicing, and light bookkeeping• Order and manage office supplies• Assist with internal communications and staff coordination• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client and company information• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming virtual office environment• Provide general support to staff and leadership as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative, clerical, or customer service role• Medical/behavioral health billing experience preferred• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and EMR systems• Ability to work independently, reliably, and professionally• Sensitivity and compassion for working with diverse and vulnerable populations

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
