The Administrative Assistant position requires a diverse skill set to effectively support the office operations and assist our Partners. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, customer service experience, and excellent phone etiquette. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Outlook and Excel, is essential. The role also involves utilizing organizational skills to manage calendars, handle data entry tasks, and assist with office management responsibilities. Experience with multi-line phone systems and a background in clerical work will be beneficial in this role. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in maintaining efficient office procedures and providing top-notch administrative support.

Note: This will be an in-person, full-time position in our Oconee office.

Qualifications:

* Proficient in MS Office - Outlook, Excel & Word

* Excellent people and listening skills

* Ability to multi-task and change direction quickly

Pay will be dependent on experience. Benefits include: health, vision, & dental insurance, retirement plan, comp time compensated or provided in the form of extra time off for hours over minimum required hours, & paid time off.
