Duties

Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
Follow up with clients, helping to schedule.
Handle calendar management for appointments efficiently.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the overall functionality of the office.
